Private Tickets
Commercial customers are welcome to use private tickets in the following situations:
- To ask a question.
- To report an issue and request a workaround or fix.
- To sponsor or prioritize an issue already reported publicly on GitHub.
- To request access to the premium Slack or Teams channel.
- To request access to premium GitHub repositories.
Please submit your inquiries at https://support.postsharp.net/. After submitting your first ticket, you will receive an email with instructions to link your support account to your license key.
